attadīpā, bhikkhave, viharatha attasaraṇā anaññasaraṇā,
dhammadīpā dhammasaraṇā anaññasaraṇā.

Heedlessness is (always) defilement, one with defilement immersed in heedlessness. By heedfulness and wisdom one should pull out one's own arrow.
